3.Cancellation Terms & Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Growxa Ai web dashboard:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing & Plans.
- Click on “Cancel Subscription”.
- Confirm cancellation. Your recurring billing stops immediately.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, allowing you full access to all features until that date. No further charges will occur.
4.Annual Plan Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back window, we provide a fair prorated credit or refund for remaining whole, unutilized months, calculated by deducting the standard monthly rate for the months already utilized.
